How you book

You can write me at soulbliss@soulbliss.dk and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I answer all emails, so if you haven’t heard from me within 2-3 days (usually much sooner), I haven’t received your email and ask you to please write me again. If you want to book an appointment with short notice, it’s best to call me.

You can call me at +45 53377882. If you want me to call you back, make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone. As my working hours are very flexible I don’t have specific office hours. If I don’t answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible (let me know if there’s a time frame that works best for you). I typically don’t answer the phone if it’s an unlisted number.

You are also welcome to text me, but I don’t have the possibility to give elaborate explanations in a text message, then it’s better to send an email if you need more details.

When you book a session you agree to the cancellation policy which you can read on this page.

Please book in advance

My opening hours are very flexible and usually falls within 9.00-19.00 (9am to 7pm, last time for the start of a session). Weekends are also available. Unfortunately I can’t guarantee that you can get an appointment with short notice, as I only take a limited number of sessions in a day to be fully present in the session with you.

You need to book an appointment ahead of time, please do not come un-announced as it may disturb ongoing sessions. 

Sometimes I may be able to accommodate with short notice, but I appreciate more time to be able to give you the ultimate SoulBliss experience.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

Tantra massage for men or women, and mentor/coaching sessions

If you need to change or cancel your appointment with me, I ask you to do it as soon as possible. You can change or cancel your appointment for 'tantra massage for men or women' and 'mentor/coaching' sessions up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment without a fee. After that, the price for canceling or changing your appointment is half of the price of your scheduled session, up until 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment later than 5 hours before your scheduled appointment you pay the full price of the scheduled session. This is also the case for bookings made with short notice.

Please note the special cancellation policy for 4-hand massage and tantra for couples, see below.

4-hand massage, tantric massage for couples and tantra for couples

In the case of a 4-hand massage, tantric massage for couples, tantra for couples and tantra for couples special package, any cancellation or change of time has to be done minimum 48 hours prior to your session. If done later than 48 hours and earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you pay half of the session fee. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you pay the full amount for the session booked.

In case you have transferred money to SoulBliss bank account, any refund is minus fees for funds transfer back to your account.

When you book a session you accept to adhere to the cancellation policy.

Bus 6A from Nørreport goes directly to the clinic (15 minutes), as well as bus 4A, and 21. It is app 1,5km walk from Metro Skjolds Plads, or S-trains Bispebjerg or Emdrup.
